Please give as much detail for your request and please be sure to include your personal information especially a contact phone number. Email is useful if you have files that you would like to send, such as a logo. JPEG and PDF files are the most universal. If you have questions please call before sending a file. We have also included some tools that you can download to speed up your request process. These downloads are PDF files which you can print directly from this site or save to your computer. In most cases these files are questionnaires related to your request. It is best to fill these out and fax to (585) 548-2731, again please include contact information on your cover sheet. All requests will be followed up with a phone call within 24 hours. Please don't be afraid to make special requests. These challenging design jobs produce awesome results.
