The services of our company are not limited to our featured products. We can customize unique requests tailored to your needs. We can even tailor our services for an individual need, personal website, family shared sites and even small quantity printing that may include resumes, party invitations and posters, still offering personal service and high quality.

I am Jeffrey Lathan, Owner and Creative Consultant of Impact Image. I personally administer every project and order. This includes exploration of each client’s needs, creative design, custom layouts, updates and image management.

Prior to the inception of Impact Image, I was Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for an international automotive finance company. I was responsible for evaluating the companies 100+ branches, creating marketing programs, and implementing strategies to help their business grow.

In 2005 I was recruited by a national company to spearhead the organization of new branches and offices throughout New York State. In addition to managing a number of branches, I implemented and managed a sales and marketing plan that resulted in over $13 million in sales in less than 18 months.

Most recently, I launched Impact Image. My goal is to fill a need of small to medium sized businesses for strong marketing support. I offer my experience, expertise, creativity, attention to detail and dedication to quality service to companies that do not have the resources to support a full-time marketing position.

I provide affordable, custom designs for any type of marketing or sales components my clients may need…everything from brochures to business card layout to posters to web design! I take my customer’s business objectives and goals into consideration, and turn them into images that will Impact their business with positive, successful results.

I reside in Western New York, with my wife and three children. I look forward to Impacting your Image!
